Spiral chiller is a kind of water cooling equipment, spiral chiller is a kind of cooling water equipment that can provide constant temperature, constant current, constant pressure. The working principle of spiral chiller is to first inject a certain amount of water into the water tank in the machine, cool the water through the spiral chiller cooling system, and then send the low-temperature cooling water to the equipment to be cooled by the water pump, and the spiral chiller chilled water will take away the heat after the temperature rises and then flows back to the water tank to achieve the role of cooling. The cooling water temperature can be automatically adjusted according to requirements, and long-term use can save water. Therefore, the spiral chiller is a standard energy-saving equipment. Cooling principle of spiral chiller: The operation of spiral chiller system is through three interrelated systems: refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system, and electrical automatic control system. Spiral chiller refrigerant circulation system: the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat in the water and begins to evaporate, and finally a certain temperature difference is formed between the refrigerant and the water, the liquid refrigerant is also completely evaporated into a gaseous state and then sucked in and compressed by the compressor (pressure and temperature increase), the gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air cooling/water cooling), condenses into a liquid, and becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant into the evaporator after throttling through the thermostatic expansion valve (or Before using the induction cooker, you should read the product manual carefully to understand the function, usage, maintenance requirements and after-sales service that the manufacturer may provide. Generally, the following points should be paid attention to when using and maintaining:
1. Install special power cords and power sockets. Due to the high power of the induction cooker, the power cord and socket must be configured according to the power. Usually, the copper core wire that can withstand 15A current should be selected, and the sockets, plugs, switches, etc. used together should also meet this requirement. Otherwise, the large current when the induction cooker is working will cause the wires, sockets, etc. to heat up and short-circuit.
2. The induction cooker should be placed stably. If a foot of the induction cooker is suspended in the air, the gravity of the pot will force the furnace body to tilt, and the food in the pot will overflow. If the stove surface is not placed flat, the micro-vibration generated by the pot can also easily cause the pot to slip out and be dangerous.
3. Ensure that the air inlet and air outlet are unobstructed. The induction cooker at work heats up with the heating of the pot, so the induction cooker should be placed in a place where the air is ventilated, and the air outlet should be more than 250px away from the wall and other items to ensure that there is no object blocking the inlet and exhaust holes of the furnace body.
4. Choose the right cookware. The bearing weight of the induction cooker shell and the black crystal is limited. Generally, the civilian induction cooker should not exceed 5 kg of food with the pot, and the bottom of the pot should not be too small to prevent the induction cooker from being too concentrated under pressure.
5. Pay attention to waterproof, moisture-proof and cockroach-proof during use and storage. Ordinary induction cooker is not waterproof, damp or entering water, and even the excrement of cockroaches may cause short-circuit failure. Therefore, when using, it should be placed away from moisture and steam, and it is strictly forbidden to rinse with water. Waterproof induction cookers have appeared on the market, but in order to ensure safety and prolong the service life of the product, it is still necessary to avoid water vapor as much as possible.
6, to clean the stove to get the law. The induction cooker cannot use solvent or gasoline to clean the cooktop or furnace body. Wipe with a soft cloth dipped in a mild detergent.
7. When in use, do not place ferromagnetic objects such as knives, forks, bottle caps, etc. on the furnace panel, and do not place watches, audio tapes and other items that are easily affected by magnetic fields on the furnace surface, or carry them on your body. Operation of the induction cooker.
8. Don't let the pots and pans burn empty or dry, so as not to crack the panel of the induction cooker due to excessive heat.
9. The volume in the pot should not exceed seven points full to avoid short circuit failure caused by the overflow of soup after heating.
10. The cookware must be placed in the center of the induction cooker to avoid uneven heating, and do not frequently pick up the container cookware and then put it down under high temperature or high power conditions, otherwise it will easily cause failure (the motherboard may be damaged due to sudden power fluctuations).
11. It is strictly forbidden to dry the empty pot, and the furnace panel is broken. Stop using it and replace it with a new panel immediately by professional maintenance personnel.
12. Within the range of 2-3m from the commercial induction cooker, it is best not to place TVs, video recorders, tape recorders and other household appliances that are afraid of magnetism to avoid adverse effects. Pregnant women are best not to use the induction cooker.
The induction cooker breaks the traditional open fire cooking method and adopts the heating principle of magnetic field induced current (also known as eddy current). The induction cooker generates an alternating magnetic field through the components of the electronic circuit board. , the pot cuts the alternating magnetic lines of force and generates alternating current (ie eddy current) in the metal part of the bottom of the pot, and the eddy current makes the free electrons in the iron material at the bottom of the pot move alternately in a swirling shape, and the Joule heat ( P=I^2*R) to make the bottom of the pot heat up (the heat source of the induction cooker comes from the bottom of the pot instead of the induction cooker itself, so the thermal efficiency is nearly 1 times higher than that of all cooking utensils). The alternating current makes the appliance itself heat up at a high speed, which is used to heat and cook food, so as to achieve the purpose of cooking. The induction cooker has the advantages of fast heating, high thermal efficiency, no open flame, no smoke, no harmful gas, no heat radiation to the surrounding environment, small size, good safety and beautiful appearance, and can complete most of the cooking tasks in the family. Therefore, in some countries where the induction cooker is more popular, people call it "the god of cooking" and "green stove".
Ceramic plate maintenance
Ceramic plates are easy to clean. For light dirt, wipe with a soft damp cloth. If it is oily dirt, use a soft damp cloth with a small amount of toothpaste or neutral detergent to wipe it while the induction cooker is in a hot state. The shell can be cleaned with a general neutral detergent. Keep the bottom of the pot clean every time you use it, do not dry it, and wipe it with toothpaste or cleaning crystal when there is discoloration. When shutting down, you need to wait for the fan to stop completely before unplugging it.
cleaning fan
For the grille of the fan, just use a soft brush to clean it; for the cleaning of the inside of the fan, it involves disassembly; if you need it, I suggest you go to our after-sales outlet, and our professional maintenance personnel will clean it for you; but The most important thing is to maintain a good use environment.
pot at home
The principle of heating the induction cooker is special, it is electromagnetic induction heating, so it is necessary to use magnetically conductive materials, such as iron, stainless steel, etc. It is best to use specially adapted pots, if other substitutes are used, the performance may be affected. Usually, the pots and pans distributed by relevant manufacturers are made of 304 and 430 stainless iron, and their quality is much better than that of ordinary pots, so it is recommended to use special pots.
splashed with water
As long as water vapor or water droplets are on the surface of the induction cooker and do not flow into the interior of the induction cooker (generally water will not flow into the machine), it will not affect the normal operation of the induction cooker, and you can use it with confidence.
Panel is yellow
If the imported board is not carefully maintained, it will slightly change color. Pay attention to keep the bottom of the pot clean every time you use it, do not dry it, use toothpaste or detergent to scrub when there is discoloration; in addition, do not put anything like newspaper on the panel.
