Before connecting the power supply: understand the total power required by the electrical appliances and the total capacity of the power transformer, and do not exceed the total capacity of the power supply, and try not to waste it; in addition, distinguish between single-phase 220v and three-phase 380v voltages, and do not connect them wrongly; finally It should be noted that when the grid voltage fluctuates by 10% within the specified voltage range, it is forbidden to use high-power electromagnetic heating equipment.
03. Electromagnetic heaters are most afraid of water. So, in a word, the electromagnetic heater cannot have water entering. This situation should be avoided in any case, even if the water vapor and humidity are too heavy. Electromagnetic heating wire is also afraid of water. Do not touch them with wet hands or place wet clothes on electromagnetic heating wires, etc.
04. Plastic, vinyl and styrofoam (except antistatic type) cannot be around the printed circuit board. Static electricity can damage these circuits. Do not touch the control interface board or the IC circuit of the control board.
Second, the maintenance of the electromagnetic heater:
01. Keep the ventilation and heat dissipation of the electromagnetic heating controller. If the working environment is very harsh, you can turn on the fan for about 10 minutes before starting work every day.
02. Regular dust removal, about half a month on average.
Pay careful attention to both aspects. The use of high-power electromagnetic heaters has been mastered for more than half. Others, such as around the electromagnetic heating wire, should avoid being close to other iron materials to avoid waste of electric energy. After the preheating temperature reaches the set temperature, do not rush to start heating.
